refactor folders to remove redundancy

This PR refactors the folder structure in the app directory to eliminate redundancy and simplify the paths. The changes include:

These changes help to streamline the directory structure, making it easier to navigate and maintain.

Changes:

• Removed redundant nested folders from about, privacy, private, and settings paths.
• app/(about)/about/page.tsx to app/about/page.tsx
• app/(privacy)/privacy/page.tsx to app/privacy/page.tsx
• app/(private)/private/page.tsx to app/private/page.tsx
• app/(profile)/settings/page.tsx to app/settings/page.tsx
• app/(profile)/settings/layout.tsx to app/settings/layout.tsx
