Navbar styling changes #82

I decided to make some changes to the navbar as I believe it is too big and not a big fan of the gradient background. I gained inspiration from Apple's navbar: image

Changes:

  1. Removed gradient bg
  2. Height smaller
  3. Fixed the Pear Logo SVG removing awkward empty space
  4. Font smaller
  5. Increased bg blur
  6. Using secondary colors instead of gray
  7. Centered Hamburger icon on mobile
  8. Added small shadow

also was facing a weird lint error on a bunch of files preventing deployment so I had to make a minor change to eslintrc.json
