As a modern application, the installation process of WebView2 should be more beautiful #119

WebView2 is installed on Windows 11. Prior to Windows 11, we have to use the installer created by Microsoft or create a new installer for WebView2 from scratch. Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of latitude.

@MikeYeager For example, you can use webview2 to install silently and display loading in the main window to make the application more integrated.

If or once we add installer support, this should be taken care of.
