Mica/Fluent design window for windows #167

Hi Photino team,

is it possible to have on windows a more Mica/Fluent design background, it would look so beautiful and same goes for macos,

This project will become my main choice if that is possible

@Amine-Smahi We're using straight Win32 on Windows. We're not using UWP or Windows App SDK. While it's possible to incorporate this, it's not a small feat and not something we're familiar with. We'd need to find some C++ Win32 experience as well as experience with Mica in the community to do a pull request for this. We only have limited hours per week and already have a large wish list to fulfill.
