Obviously, the table of taxes must not show the IVA group, just the IIBB group.

For the moment I just push to 3.8 branch so I can do some tests. If all is good, I will cherry-pick this commit to other branches. I think the best is to alert to the comunity, because is a "big change" on invoice.odt
