windows terminal 貌似不支持拖拽文件上传? #140

如题，直接打开powershell终端好像可以，但是通过windows terminal打开powershell貌似就不能拖拽文件了。

已解决，UAC设置问题。windows搜索框里搜UAC，将进度条拉到最上面就行了。
