Path optimization objective #255

Currently model allows specifying per path optimization objective. Can optimization objective be inherited from primary to secondary/reverse? Answer: yes, this is the behavior intended.

Add text in the draft to describe that specified objective under the primary can be inherited by the secondary (unless they are overriden) Same applies to constraints.
