This normative reference can delay the progress of RFC8776-bis by creating a dependency to an I-D which is still work-in-progress within PCE WG
There are two options:
1) Move the reference from informative to normative and create a dependency on draft-ietf-pce-sid-algo. In this case we can expect a longer time to see RFC8776-bis being published as an RFC
2) Remove the path-metric-delay-minimum from this version of the model together with the reference to draft-ietf-pce-sid-algo. In this case, we may need to start another revision of the RFC8776-bis as soon as it is published as an RFC
By fixing issue #287 , the reference to draft-ietf-pce-sid-algo has become Normative
