Can't use with subdomains #3

Hey @tsaaristo I found that you can't use this with subdomains. I noticed there's a pull request #2 for this same issue. Would you mind reviewing that PR and/or implement a way to enable subdomain support?

Hello @tsaaristo

There is a need for integrating this plugin into nginx-proxy-manager. See https://github.com/NginxProxyManager/nginx-proxy-manager/issues/2153

But with this issue the functionality inside nginx-proxy-manager is very limited and causes unexpected errors for its users.

Would it be possible for you to take the time and release a new version with the PR mentioned above?

Hello again @tsaaristo ! Seems that you don't have too much time for this project at the moment. Maybe you want to give someone else permissions for this project? Also for the entry in pip repo if required for a release?
