Major reorganization and update #3

This PR makes major changes to directory organization:

  1. Updates species to add organization and lore
  2. Adds Things to repo
  3. Add Campaigns to repo, including Mechanics (currently for Character Creation Guide and Species Mechanics) and Treasure (for campaign-specific things)
