MMC5 Mapper Support #14

Implement the MMC5 mapper which would enable Castlevania 3 among some other games: https://wiki.nesdev.com/w/index.php/MMC5

MMC5 is working for Castlevania 3 in the dev branch. It needs a little more testing and then it should be in master soon.

Merging to Master with MMC5 support. I still need to play through Castlevania 3 but it looks like it's working
