Issue with clone() in Apache Geode #5

Steps to reproduce:

1- Import the project using the Gradle plugin (Eclipse Buildship) (Import -> Gradle -> Existing Gradle Project). 2- Run DPD on the geode-lucene project. 3- Under the Template Method instances, look for Instance [clone]. The Abstract Class is org.apache.geode.cache.lucene.internal.filesystem.SeekableInputStream. The abstract clone() method in the this class is reported as a template method.
