@pouryafard75 Did you add in this PR the moves from deleted to added files? I tried it and there are no file pairs created between deleted and added files.

@tsantalis Not yet. I had to refactor the code-base (as I did in the PR) to enable the option to have the feature later on. It's work in progress.
