Status names to be translated to Finnish. Possible separation between cases where students have just opened the file or have done anything that could be seen as grading. This is crucial when we want to select which works still need new peer reviewers. It might take a while for a reviewer to start writing the review, but this should not lock the review forever.

@oseppala Could you give me more context for this issue? It seems it involves more than simply translation.
