Just updating on this, found my own workaround. I am using the Virtual Midi built into MIDI Button, and then using MidiPipe to route the Virtual Midi to my actual Midi outputs. Works great.

This was my thinking too, but would be great if you could have per-button midi routing to avoid the need for another app running in the background. I'm no expert, but I can imagine that might be an easy update...?
Hi. I'm currently using MIDI Button and doing some really cool stuff controlling guitar pedals and reverb units.
It seems though that MIDI Button cannot output to multiple MIDI outputs? Lets say I set up my first folder dedicated to making PC commands on device A. I set the outputs to device A. Everything works, great!
Now I go and make another folder for device B. As I set up Midi Buttons, I do the same thing setting the correct channels and MIDI I/O for the device. It works, great!
But now device A doesn't work, because it has changed all of the MIDI Buttons outputs to the same as device B. It seems like individual MIDI buttons can't save their own MIDI I/O and that it's actually just handled as top level thing - the I/O you select for one button becomes the same I/O for all buttons.
If this is indeed how it's supposed to function, it makes it a little useless for me :( But hopefully something is going wrong or I'm missing something.
I'm on macOS Catalina 10.15.7, latest version of SD and MIDI Button.
Would love to know if you have any thoughts!
