Safe to update to Streamdeck 5.0? #13

Hi there,

is it safe/recommended to update to Streamdeck version 5? I'm on 4.9.2.

I'm a bit cautios, after an update last year zeroed all my MIDI setups. Everything works great for me right now, been super stable and functional for a long time, so I don't really NEED to update, but do generally prefer to be at the latest possible stable solution for the most future longevity.

Happy to hear any experiences!

It's working fine for me, but YMMV... I'd check with Elgato about backing up your settings and having a plan to revert if it's mission-critical for you.

Thanks, I'll give it a go next time I have some time for systems maint and housekeeping, so there should be time to revert / repair. Will report how it goes.
