rect resize is wrong when right-bottom coordinate become less than left-top #4

Steps to reproduce:
1. make rect on diagram
2. resize the rect up to left-top corner
3.

Expected behaviour:
* resize must be stopped on com minimal size

Real behaviour:
* resize go up to left-top corner and further dragging show funny artefacts
