Added: Possibility for firmware upgrade from compressed version of the fimware binary file

Since 3.8.0 firmware is too big for OTA Related to 1MB version of firmware gzip helps

• add a selection of gzip file for firmware upgrade
• add download of gzip version only from firmware 3.8+ from webUgrade
• change the CI/CD script for firmware packaging
