Replay example 01 - the "click me" region doesn't show the second time around

Happens with the Ad Notice as well...

Fixed in framework release 0.3.3 - click through call to action notice is now 
shown/hidden when the show/hide 
ad notice is fired off. Logic in the tracking table changed to allow events 
such as show/hide ad notice to be 
repeatable. 

This also fixed the ad notice issue
