"deliveryType" is this really needed? #78

Have a close look at the "deliveryType" parameter - is this really needed?

Seems no longer necessary.

If it's going to be removed - make it optional - don't completely remove it - 
need to support backward 
compatibility

Changed default value for "deliveryType" to "any" in the config code, and 
removed all references to "deliveryType" 
in the examples

Re-opening - example12 - HTTP/flowplayer - doesn't work without a "progressive" 
deliveryType specified

Hmmm.. i was wrong - http examples 12/20 work - they just weren't using the SWF 
that had the change 
removing the need for the "deliveryType"

Fixed in 0.2.5 of the framework and related OAS releases. Requirement for the 
"deliveryType" removed - "any" is 
default but restrictions can be put in place with "progressive" or "streaming"
