Dont export tables with storage options #2

Jeff Smith blogged about the available DDL options here

The list for the built in DDL is much shorter than those available to DBMS_METADATA.SET_TRANSFORM_PARAM. It would be interesting if some of these extra options could be set as well

Thanks for bumping this. One of the reasons I haven't done this is I wasn't sure if this should be an argument or just default.

I started to document some sqlcl stuff over here: https://github.com/oradoc/sqlcl#ddl, just haven't got around to updating this project to include the no storage options.
