Composer, PSR #23

Make PKPass follow at least PSR-0 (PSR-1 would be great, too) and working with composer.

The problem is that PSR-0 makes it harder to use for people that have not much knowledge of PHP. On the other hand, users that want to use it with composer or using PSR-0 can easily built in.
