lvserver packages offline #221

Hi Tom, lvserver was taken offline so one should find an alternative to host the packages. greetings, Jan

Hey Jan,

I have updated the installation instructions: the Linux DEB and RPM packages are still available, but from my personal domain instead.

I do not plan on continuing to publish DEB and RPM packages in the future, and I will likely remove the existing packages from my personal domain as well.
