Currently we display star age as {factor} billion years. However, when factor is smaller than 1, we should switch to, f.ex. 450 Million rather than 0.45 Billion.
It's likely, but has never come up yet due to the probability involved, that the "Extreme Population I" result of 0.001 billion / 1 million years would not be displayed correctly in the Web-GUI.
