Tolerate bad stl urls

Currently a bad stl urls crashes the entire CadViewer

• [x] Create a story with a bad stl url e.g. https://example.com/nonexistent.stl
  • [x] Create a soup with the cad_component element with a url pointed to the bad stl url
• [x] Make sure the CADViewer doesn't crash
