Reverts tscircuit/snippets#33

This was jank. The scroll bar popped up every time i hovered and clicking it didn't close the dropdown menu

@PALLAVIKHEDLE no worries!!! Would have caught it sooner if Vercel previews were working!

btw we just fixed the local auth so the project is slowly becoming more usable in development 😁
