'Capture Screen Region' stopped working on dual screen #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click 'Capture Screen Region'
2.Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - Option to select a screen region. I do not see this option.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7 Prof, Chrome 20.0.1132.11 beta-m

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using dual screen and it worked fine all the time, it stopped today after 
couple of captures.
Other capture options work fine -Page region/content/whole page. Tried 
switching my windows/browser, did not help. I think the 'Capture Screen Region' 
works only on Primary monitor
