Capture is empty #220

When I try to capture, the new window is blank. Nothing from the webpage is 
displaying. If I uninstall the plugin and reinstall it, it works.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
21.0.1180.83 m
