Read in file structures in from_SAM folder and write out those in to_SAM folder.

Input files include: transitSchedule.xml network.xml events.xml and events.csv outputPlans.xml etc.

Output files include: transitSchedule.xml onDemandTransitFleet.csv Other details about on-demand transit?
