All issues investigated, added appropriate issues
[ ] Somalia appears to be divided in half, but the data is the same for each half. It makes sense to separate Somaliland, but I'm unclear on whether Puntland should be distinct. If the displayed data doesn't change, I'd unify it.
[ ] In Tanzania, Unguja and Pemba islands appear to behave independent of mainland Tanzania when you hover over them, which is unusual. When selected, it does select all of Tanzania, which behaves correctly. This is also true for Equitorial Guinea. I don't know if this is expected behavior.
[ ] Mayotte (France) is labeled as Mayotte where as Canary Islands are labeled as Spain. I think it makes the most sense to label them at the country level consistently across the map. This comment goes for Europa Island, Madeira, Juan de Nova
[ ] Eritrea and Congo are labeled as 'no data available', but when you click into them, they do show a dashboard with data. Somaliland and Western Sahara do not. I assume none should, but it just didn't behave like I expected.
[ ] Eastern Africa appears to select the European islands between Mozambique and Madagascar, which have no data and aren't otherwise selectable. The behavior is inconsistent for how Northern Africa treats the Canary Islands and Madeira.
[ ] When you do select Spain or Madeira, it labels them as Southern Europe region, which isn't in the dropdown. I don't think it's important, just noting the behavior compared to the ones above.
