When a user is looking at a shared collection, they should be able to individually add datasets to their collections. So the dataset cards here should show the "Add to collection" button. Currently, dataset cards do not show "Add to collection" when you are viewing an entire collection. This makes sense when a user is viewing their own collection, but not when a user is viewing someone else's collection.
