Recommandations for commit / merges / git usage #51

Hi @valera-rozuvan @applemuncy I added a section in coding style with some recommandations concerning commit (for now), and (in the future) git usage in general. Please feel free to comment / modify / add remarks on it. I propose that we add there too the result of our discussions about versionning and release (what we agreed on previous issue).
