FEATURE REQUEST: space group operations #15

Include space group operations:
- determination of Wyckoff positions
- point group symmetry of any point inside the crystal
- rewrite symmetry operators as permutation matrix
- take functions from CrysFML
- ...

Feature will be partially ready in SpinW 1.1.
- point group symmetry of any given point of a crystal
- Wyckoff positions might be interesting in the future
- the other operations are not necessary
