FEATURE REQUEST: symmetrise Hamiltonian #2

Restrict the magnetic Hamiltonian (exchange matrix and anisotropy matrix) based 
on the space group.
- find the allowed matrix elements
- transform the matrix to every simmetry equivalent couplings using the 
symmetry operators
- for example: Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction
