Help end-users get the full-width static page layout workaround to work on their tumblelogs. #9

This is the sequel issue to issue #2.

Commit 3f3236d introduces a static page styling hack from http://beta.beantin.se/customised-tumblr-theme-static-pages/ which requires a {ShortURL} that is unique for every tumblelog (http://beta.beantin.se/customised-tumblr-theme-static-pages/#comment-360293277) for it to work.

This fix/enhancement should...

  1. Help users find their unique {ShortURL} for their tumblelog through
    • inline documentation or
    • wiki documentation (inside the Troubleshooting FAQ page).
  2. Allow users to easily implement the workaround in the Tumblr customization UI by using Tumblr's custom meta tags.
