I'm working on @tsd/typescript which automates this process and actually removes the libraries/typescript entirely. The reason I can't use it yet is because I reached out to npm support to get hold of the organisation @tsd if possible. So waiting on npm support here. That means this will get out-of-date probably in the coming days. Thanks for helping out 🙏 .
