Add flag to use %IDENTITY instead of %COVERAGE in summary table #173

As proposed in https://github.com/tseemann/abricate/issues/161, add a flag (--identity, only used when --summary flag is given) to use %IDENTITY rather than %COVERAGE in summary table. Feel free to deny PR if this is not needed 👍

hi @boasvdp is it possible to include the product description also in the summary file..is it possible to modify the script for a summary? if yes how? I want to include the product column and the resistance column also in the summary file... please help!!!!
