ABRicate doesn't give results #175

Hi, ABRicate doesn't give me results for my FASTA files that I downloaded from NCBI. It doesn't show me errors but simply nothing in the results table, even though I'm sure that there should be some outcome. I tried it for several different accession numbers/FASTA files and didn't succeed. Is there any parameter I might have wrong that impedes results? Thank you very much for your help!

Try using --minid 40 --mincov 25 or altering the thresholds in these two tags. I am using the thresholds from this paper
