Hi, I am trying to update the CARD database through abricate abricate-get_db --db card --force but I get this error ERROR: Helicobacter pylori rdxA mutation conferring resistance to metronidazole has {model_param}{snp} Any clue? Especially I am not interested in H.pylori. right now. Can I manually fix that?
