Check versions of bedtools is >= 2.27 #34

Needed for -name+ option.

Hi @tseemann, this is related to the fasta export right? With bedtools <2.27 barrnap could not export to fasta but its works with 2.27. I was just wondering if it might also work with bedtools <2.27 because when I to it manually (export to gff and then extract to fasta) it does work? Thanks!
