Problem updating mlst databases #107

I tried using mlst-download_pub_mlst following the "Updating the database" steps from the doc, but it only downloads a xml file, not the fasta files for making the blast database. Any sugestion on what I might be doing wrong?

I had same issue and came across this reply: https://github.com/tseemann/mlst/issues/104#issuecomment-940154432

It has fixed the issue for me too.
