yersinia McNally scheme missing in updated pubmlst database #118

Dear Author,

I find the McNally scheme for yersinia missing during your update with pubmlst databases in the below folder:

https://github.com/tseemann/mlst/tree/master/db/pubmlst

Is there any specific reason why the folder yersinia is removed during the update?
