I am wondering how much using alleles' DBs with IUPAC code will impact this program. I have been trying to use this for C. albicans, for which I constructed and added the database according to the instructions, as this DB was not updated, but I can't make it work. I suspect it is due to the IUPAC codes, but just wanted to know for sure before I give up.
