ST not given for cgMLST #135

Hi. I am using the cgMLST scheme to test Gonorrhea samples. The output file does not provide an ST type for each sample. There is a number which specifies the allele at each locus, but no ST type.

Maybe it is novel? There is a section in the main readme that lists the differences in the missing sequence types: https://github.com/tseemann/mlst?tab=readme-ov-file#missing-data
