Could not find Kraken even added it in PATH #229

Hi there, I tried to install the minikraken DB in the custom path and it's not working so far. I downloaded the tgz file and extract the contents under the custom path for easier management: /home/lab/Bioinformatics_Apps/Apps/nullarbor-database/minikraken_20171013_4GB

Then I added the PATH into both the .bash_profile and .bashrc: export KRAKEN_DEFAULT_DB=/home/lab/Bioinformatics_Apps/Apps/nullarbor-database/minikraken_20171013_4GB

I tried to source ~/.bash_profile and ~/.bashrc at the $HOME directory but no use at all.

Could you please help me with this? Thanks, Viet.

Edit: I think I know the reason why. Looks like I haven't installed kraken and kraken2 dependencies first.
