Hi, is there any method to annotate which contigs come from plasmids using nullarbor, such as through the use of plasmidSPAdes, PlasmidFinder, or another tool? It would be very helpful for investigations into the propogation of antibiotics resistance genes. If there is no current method is this a planned feature for the future?
