Nullarbor fails at MLST step #271

nullarbor.log: make: [Makefile:94: mlst.tab] Error 139 make: Deleting file 'mlst.tab' --> nullarbor fails at this step and leaves directory Any idea? I have run mlst independently on fasta files generated from all these samples (generated usign another program) and that worked without problems
