Acceptable phred scores? #276

Hello, looking into the raw.vcf files and trying to determine the acceptable phred score constraints used.

I'm a uni student doing some work with nullarbor and believe this may be the GQ value in the file? Would you be able to shed some light on the phred constraints used, and whether there is a way to determine the phred score for each sample?
