How to update the MLST database #295

Hi, I tried to update the MLST database in Nullarbor by copying the files from a stand alone version of MLST, updated with the recently updated script https://github.com/tseemann/mlst/blob/master/scripts/mlst-download_pub_mlst, but it didn't work. Any help is highly appreciated. Greetings from Norway :)

User error :( After pointing the script with the option "-d" for the update to the default pubmlst database directory, as reported by "mlst --help", the new alleles and STs are recognized. :)
