from @haruosuz: It would be great if we could choose tRNAscan-SE as well as Aragorn in prokka.

@haruosuz Have you found any problems with Aragorn?

I think the next big version of Prokka will support plug-ins for different tools.

DDBJ used tRNAscan-SE 1.3.1 to check genome annotations obtained by Prokka, and suggested that "tRNA-Ser" (predicted by Aragorn:1.2) should be "tRNA-Leu" (predicted by tRNAscan-SE:1.3) for /locus_tag="HE1_00424" (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/BAUP00000000.1).
